Thoughts: Given the opportunity to choose products, without a doubt I knew I wanted to try this badly! I've been looking for jelly-like/milky nail polishes with glitters.
Here's the packaging. Isn't it pretty? It's so feminine looking and I love the shape of the bottle. It reminds me of a heart.
Here's a closer picture of the nail polish and the color. It's very true to color.
Here's the width of the brush. I would say it's a medium-width the same width as an OPI nail polishes.
I applied 2 coats of nail polish and top it off with Seche Vite Top Coat. I wanted to try the nail polish by itself to get a true review.
Here's how the polish looks on top of other nail polishes. On the left, it's on top of light pink nail polish. The right one is on top of bright pink nail polish. It's 2 coats of nail polishes (light and bright pink), 1 coat of glitter polish, and topped it off with Seche Vite Top Coat. Please ignore all my cuts. I get it from work working with papers (medical records).

Now for my overall review... I personally like the nail polish by itself rather than on top of other nail polishes. The color itself has a more milky texture, whereas, on top of other nail polishes it looks like normal polish. With 2 coats, the polish layers on top of the first coat and makes it look more jelly-like. Whereas with 1 coat, it just looks like glitters. It's really easy to apply and does not streak. I also love that the glitters spreads easily on the nails. With some nail polishes, you either get very little on the nails or only applies in certain areas and not the others. It lasts a good 4 days before it starts chipping. It doesn't chip at the end and then go up the nails. There's a big chunk of polish that lifts up from your nails. I did not noticed it until my hair got stuck underneath the nail polish. I just had to pull on my hair strand and it came out, and the nails look the same.

Pros:
* Cute packaging; heart shape bottle.
* Slight milky/jelly-like texture.
* Gorgeous light pink color.
* Varieties of glitters; sizes, shapes, and colors.
* Glitters spread easily; do not have to disperse it.
* Easy to apply.
* Does not streak.
* Lasts 4 days before chipping.

Cons:
* Cannot see in person before purchasing.
* Wish the varieties came with more colors than see-through with glitters.
* Big chunks of polish lifts from the nail.

Would repurchase: Maybe.
