Several years ago, I attended The Makeup Show Los Angeles 2013 (Part 1). During the Blogger Preview, I received a goody bag full of wonderful products. Inside the goody bag, there was a small bag from YoungBlood.

I already reviewed YoungBlood Outrageous Lashes Mineral Lengthening Mascara and YoungBlood Mineral Primer. For this post, I will review the eye cream.
Product Review: YoungBlood Eye Impact Quick Recovery Eye Cream

Thoughts: To be honest, I have no clue why it took me so long to use this product. When it comes to skin care products, I'm very good about finishing the products before I move to the next. It's not like makeup. I can never finish anything. That's a different story! :X
Just like the full size, the sample comes with a pump. It's sanitary safe and travel-friendly.
Here's a swatch of the product on my hand.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, it has a scent. I wouldn't say it's the strongest but it's not light. I'm also not too sure about the smell. I would say on the floral side but I can be wrong. It's something I have not smelled before. It's not bad even for me who only likes fruity scents. Once you apply onto the skin, the scent disappears within a minute or two. Secondly, the consistency is on the thick side. This is good for dry skin individuals like myself and people who want to prevent aging. When I apply the product, my skin loves it. It's extremely hydrating and even for me, I don't need that much. It does take some time to absorb or at least for me. Lastly, I noticed an improvement on fine lines. Since the product is hydrating, that might be a reason the fine lines have improved. It didn't disappear but my eyes look more alive and younger.

Pros:
* Sanitary safe; comes in a pump.
* Travel friendly.
* Not an overwhelming scent.
* Thick consistency; good for dry skin.
* A little goes a long way.
* Hydrating.
* Skin looks more youthful and awake.
* Slight improvement on fine lines.
* Paraben free.
* Cruelty free.

Cons:
* Hard to find in stores.
* Takes awhile to absorb onto the skin.

Would repurchase: Yes.
Rating:  4.5/5 Tobey's Paws
