Most of my Julep polishes was given to me from a dear friend. I really appreciate it!

This is Julep in Shenae - It Girl. Since I did a thorough review of Julep in Renee, I will base this on that.
Here's a closer look at the color. The website describes it as "pastel mint green opalescent shimmer." I don't know if I completely agree with the description. It looks more blue to me than green.
Here's a closer look at the brush. Compared to my favorite OPI, the width is the same. The length, on the other side, it slightly shorter but not by much.
I applied OPI Nail Envy in Original, Seche Clear Crystal Clear Base Coat, 2 coats of Julep in Shenae - It Girl, and then topped it off with CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, I really like the width of the brush. I tend to like wider brushes than thin. It makes it easier to paint around the cuticles and the sides. With that said and secondly, the consistency is in-between medium to thick. When I first applied it, it was a good consistency and it got slightly thick really quick. It made it hard to paint the nails. I just couldn't get a good amount of coat on the brush. Every time I paint my nails, it just got thicker and thicker and became a hot mess. If you look at the picture of the brush, you can see the thickness above the brush. The picture was taken even before I painted my nails. It did not go on smoothly. There were lumps all over the nails and it took quite some time to dry. I usually paint my nails the night before and when I wake up in the morning, my nails are fully dry. With this polish, my nail wasn't dry the next morning. I used my fingers to open something and I had scratches in the middle of the polish. I didn't notice any bubbles with this polish. Third, I don't agree with the description. It's not mint green in any way. It's more mint blue or a light, pastel blue. I also did not notice the shimmer. It was slightly visible outside in the sun. Other than that, you barely see the shimmer. It's a great spring/summer color! Lastly, there was no shrinkage at all. It also started chipping on the fourth day. It was only on the tips of the nails.

Would repurchase: No.
